The following guidelines and resource materials are designed to assist search committees and academic administrators in conducting searches that identify and attract excellent candidates, especially persons in protected classes, for faculty, academic professional and non-classified positions at West Virginia University Institute of Technology and the Technical & Community College at WVU Tech. Although expectations to these guidelines may be made by the Office of the Social Justice or President and/or his designee, the guidelines summarize current policies and practices for searches for all faculty, academic professional and non-classified positions at West Virginia University Institute of Technology and the Technical & Community College at WVU Tech.
Part I is intended to be a summary to inform you of the contents of the book.
