Summer and Fall 2008 Housing Contracts

As we come to graduation at the end of the 2008 spring semester, it time for students to fill out their housing and food contracts for the 2008-09 academic year.

We had a good year in 2007-08. It started in August, when we opened Maclin Hall for the first time in 10 years. Our resident students were very happy with Maclin Hall. It is great to have the building back in use. We also renovated the Tech Center, which included the Bears Den Snack Bar, during the fall semester. The Tech Center re-opened in January and it is wonderful. The Bears Den became the main cafeteria for campus. Both Maclin Hall and the Tech Center are show places for WVU Tech.

For Fall 2008 housing, we expect Maclin to fill up quickly again with mostly returning students. There will be a limited number of rooms reserved for Freshmen based on scholarship and academic record so get your Housing and Food Service contracts in early.

We accept Housing and Food Service contracts year round. New residents will be assigned by date of Deposit/Contract. If you need a contract or more information use the "Housing Contracts" link on the left.

The date of the deposit (with the housing contract) is used to assign rooms, so please get your housing contracts in, as soon as possible, so that you will get your preferences.
